Add Someone Else
Say you wanted to ask someone from your company to join the Online Meeting. You can invite them by Name or Phone Number. You can also send an E-mail if you wish.

7. Try It: Invite by Name or Phone Number...
Go to People Options.
Select :Invite by Name or Phone Number...
A Search window will pop up.
Wehn you select a Contact, Lync will send an invitation with the meeting links.
